When losing your best friend you want the very best for them and for me Faithful Friends Pet Crematorium is the absolute best service to cater for all your needs when your fur baby takes their journey over the rainbow bridge.

Holly gives an impeccable service with compassion and caring to both animals and clients.

This is a new crematorium for animals only meeting all regulations to the highest environmentally with beautiful woodland walks by a lakeside and memorial gardens which I am yet to visit myself but I know it is the perfect place to remember your precious loving companions on their passing.

Holly give an impeccable collection service from our own home where she carefully tends to my fur baby and my needs so that i could relax and know my baby would be back with me in just a few short hours.

Sure enough later in the day Holly returned Ruby's ashes to me and found I was overehelmed when presented with a beautiful box which had some keepsakes, a paw print, some fur, her collar & ashes, all beautifully presented with a card offering condolences which was for me the most beautiful finishing touch to make Ruby's passing so special to me with keepsakes I can treasure forever.

My pet bird died just before Christmas and I was completely devastated. I knew I wanted to have her cremated but most places only offer mixed cremation with other animals and I did not want this. I found Holly and her team on the Internet and sent a message. Holly responded immediately and assured me that my bird Roxy would be cremated on her own as this is all they do. Holly then offered to come and collect Roxy that day which she did. Roxy was brought back to me the next day (Christmas eve) I can only say that they had gone above and beyond to make this really painful experience so much easier. They had put one of Roxy's feathers into a frame, some other tiny feathers in a beautiful bottle and I knew Roxy had been treated with so much love and respect. I cannot recommend Faithful Freinds enough. If you are a pet owner who loses your best friend then this team will treat your pet just as you would and make the experience so much easier. Can't express how grateful I am to Holly for taking care of my old girl Boo. From the first phone call to receiving Boo's ashes the next day, Holly took care of everything. The presentation of her ashes was so heartfelt, and respectful. A framed paw print wrapped in tissue paper and a ribbon with a flower was amazing. Such a thoughtful gift.
Holly showed love to Boo in her final moments and for that I am truly thankful.

Emma was there waiting for our appointment with our beautiful roxy passing on her condolences and letting us know whenever we were ready that she would be waiting outside and to take our time . we carried roxy out to Emma who kept us updated with when they had returned to the crematorium and if we wanted her blanket to go with her or returned. roxy arrived home that night and it certainly put a smile to such a sad and miserable day. the box truly was a personal touch with roxys hair in a cute little corked bottled with heart tokens a framed pawprint and a beautiful plaque that we will get a lovely tree in memory for roxy and will have pride of place im our garden . thank you so much for looking after her right to the end I know she was well looked after .and home some quickly where she belongs . thank you so much

My first born, not only a pet but also my first child, my sons first companion and my daughters first sisters.

Her hobbies were walking inside the coop, popping in the post office and walking to my sons best friends house to help collect him. She also enjoyed at night going to the kebab shop and getting free food.. when she wasn't doing that she used to walk around the street showing off her poorly leg to get free food.

You will be forever loved and forever missed. Thankyou to Faithful Friends Pet Crematorium for giving her the respect she truly deserved.

I lost my beloved dog Boo suddenly, she was my best friend and saviour. I was absolutely devastated and could not stand the thought of leaving her at the vets then taken for cremation somewhere for 3-4 days and with someone I didn't know and how she would be treated. So I googled local pet cremation and came across faithful friends, I called Holly who said she could collect Boo and within the hour I received a message to say she had got her and would take great care of her. Holly brought her back to me within 24hours in the most amazing presentation box with her ashes and fur in a little bottle a paw print in a frame and the most beautiful card. Holly was the nicest person from start to finish and totally put my mind at ease knowing she was being cared for. I would recommend this amazing service for anyone who lost a pet as it eases the pain knowing she was in safe hands. Thank you so much for you knindness Holly you were amazing

We would 100% recommend Faithful Friends to anyone who is looking for a Pet Crematorium. We lost our beautiful house rabbit this week unexpectedly, and as he was such a big part of our family we wanted him cremated and to keep his ashes. We called Holly and arranged to drop Benji off. The service she offered was amazing from start to finish. She showed such compassion and really made us feel like she genuinely cared and felt our loss. We collected Benji's ashes the next day and again Holly was amazing. The way she has set up her premises is very well thought out and such a lovely setting. As this is relatively new business we wish Holly every success as she thoroughly deserves it. A very painful time was made easier by the service we received, so thank you Holly ❤️❤️

Wish i could give all the stars in the sky to Holly. She is such a kind hearted person and is so caring which everyone needs at this time. We lost our golden retriever Nala and we are so content with the service that Holly gave. She is one incredible person. She will answer your phone call any time day or night, she takes care of your loved ones with such dignity and grace. Nala would have truly appreciated everything that she did. We received a gorgeous box with memories of Nala, a clay paw print, a paw print in a frame, a memory plaque, a lovely little jar with her fur in and a gorgeous box with Nala’s ashes.
